PRICES

In the event of delays, backorders or out-of-stock items, we endeavor to inform you as soon as possible about this and what we can do in the matter - e.g. refund you, or help you find an equivalent item elsewhere.

PAYMENT

The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of DKK 300 or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly benefit on the last working day of each month. The number of monthly payments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each service is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex service and the specific payment plan you have chosen. Remember that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be cancelled. NORDIC GEAR accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

DELIVERY


NORDIC GEAR aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours from the time of conclusion. We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping to the parcel shop is free. Home delivery costs DKK 69.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, your parcel will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, contact customer service.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering. Extended delivery times may occur during busy periods.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs. Contact us before you want to return your product, so that it will be as easy as possible.

REFUND

If it is a refund, please contact us so that the agreed amount can be transferred.

REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE ON SALE

Products and orders cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged during sales periods, special offer campaigns or special discounts.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a 60-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 60 days after you have received the item.

The deadline means that you have 60 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can also use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Should you regret your purchase, where a free gift is delivered with the order itself, the entire order must be returned.

RETURN

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 60 days to return the item to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. That is you bear the risk of the product from the time of delivery of the product until we have received it back.

When you return, you are responsible for the item being properly wrapped. In order to facilitate the handling time, you are very welcome to enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the package.

If you want to send the item back to us, we can help with the label and we will then credit the shipping cost when you repay the purchase amount.

You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item without giving a clear notice of this at the same time.

CONDITION OF THE GOODS WHEN RETURNED

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item and it should be in the same condition as when you received it.

If the item has extraordinary signs of use or damage other than what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return.

In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must test the product for 60 days.

REFUND

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra costs resulting from your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date, where we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Refunds are made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

COMPLAINT OPTIONS

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, telephone number. and email address.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with  NORDIC GEAR and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it.
