Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. If 60 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
You can initiate your refund by writing to us via email. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to complete a return. Our team requires a copy of the order confirmation in order to process the return.

AUTHORIZATION OF RETURNS
You lose your right of withdrawal if the item has large signs of wear and is not in the same condition & packaging (bag and cardboard box) as when you received it.
Once your return has been received and examined, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send you an email when your refund has been approved. If your return is approved, we will transfer the entire purchase amount back.
SHIPMENT
You are responsible for paying the costs associated with returning the item. You should consider getting tracking for the return of your package. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned package.
