Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship to all of Europe. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions throughout the year, so stay tuned for exclusive offers.
I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What if there's a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee only if you receive a defective or damaged product. You have 30 days to return the product to us for a full refund. You must return the product at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund you the full amount of your original purchase. Please include all names and order numbers on the returned packages. Please note: We allow 3-4 business days for returns. Once the return is processed, we will refund the purchase price.
I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?
If you entered an incorrect address, please wait for the order confirmation email. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change it within 24 hours. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at no cost! If the order is already in transit, this is no longer possible.
How long does it take to receive my orders?
It depends on where you are and which country the item is being shipped to.
Orders processed here will take 1-2 business days to arrive. 93.6% of our items for delivery in Denmark are shipped from our warehouse in Randers in 1-2 business days -
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. You will receive an email as an order confirmation, and an email when the order is shipped.
